To date, our owners have built over 250 custom homes and completed over 100 renovations in the intown Atlanta market. You will find our homes in Atlanta's most historic neighborhoods; in the award-winning "green communities" of Serenbe, Glenwood Park, Tributary, and Clarks Grove; and in upscale resort communities such as the renowned golf resort Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee.

Our team consists of residential construction professionals with over 35 years of experience who understand that your custom home or renovation is about increasing your quality of life, as well as adding value to your property. Principals

Curtis Peart—Design and Construction

Curtis graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and moved to Atlanta in 1993 to begin his career in residential construction. He worked initially for Waterford homes, then for Sawhorse, the largest renovation company in Atlanta. Curtis has over 15 years experience in residential construction in the Greater Atlanta area. He became a Certified Remodeler by The National Association of the Remodeling Industry in 2000. In 2006, he was named a "Certified Professional Home Builder" by The Housing Institute, Inc. Curtis is responsible for all design and construction aspects for FrontPorch. He will work with you to ensure your project meets and exceeds expectations.

Kelly Lee—Sales and Marketing

Kelly started her career in the hospitality industry after graduating from the University Of Newcastle, with a Bachelor of Business majoring in marketing. She spent over 7 years in management with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Sales and Marketing. Kelly has over 12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing and Customer Service. Her ability to forge strong relationships, focus on individual needs and build loyalty through exceptional customer service fits perfectly with her role at FrontPorch. Kelly is responsible for managing the sales process for all FrontPorch clients from the initial sales consultation to post construction.

Mike Kelly—Finance and Operations

Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Georgia in 2000. He has over 9 years experience in Banking and Construction Finance and manages the Operations of FrontPorch. After graduating from college, he worked for the local investment bank SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and then North Atlanta National Bank, a community bank in Alpharetta. With North Atlanta National Bank, he worked extensively with residential builders and their custom home clients. In 2005, he joined Capstone, an award-winning builder and developer here in Atlanta. Using his experience with local mortgage lenders, Mike will work directly with you and your lender to ensure a successful construction process.
